While the rooms had a nice aesthetic, the check-in process was a hassle due to the lack of staff and communication. No one answered the phone, and we had issues accessing our room. It's a self-service setup, which isn’t ideal when help is needed.

Family avoid this hotel at all costs
First, the room was clean and it had a decent view, but. that’s where the good part stops. The staff is non-existent, don’t expect anyone to help you or answer your calls, it’s a nightmare.
It wasn’t cheap, trust me, but I guess for the space it was still acceptable.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family trip, just a quick walk to Wrigley Field. We enjoyed attending a Cubs game and exploring the vibrant neighborhood full of bars and restaurants, which kept the teens entertained throughout our stay.
My wife says that having more family-oriented activities or amenities would be great, especially for kids to keep them engaged during the stay.

The Deluxe King Room was immaculate, and I appreciated the convenient location near various attractions. However, the absence of clear communication regarding breakfast options was frustrating, as I was unaware that it was included. Additionally, while the lobby decor was appealing, the overall ambiance felt somewhat lacking compared to expectations.

great location but noisy on weekends
The hotel features a stunning aesthetic that blends modern comforts with classic charm. The staff genuinely went out of their way to assist us, ensuring our family's needs were met. Additionally, we loved the beautiful city view from our room, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The area becomes quite bustling and loud with party-goers on Friday and Saturday nights.

The Deluxe King Room was a decent size, and I loved the fun baseball-themed decor. It really matched the vibe of Wrigleyville. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but I had some trouble with the no-staff situation. I felt a bit stuck with no one to talk to about check-in issues. It would’ve been nice to have someone available right away, especially since I got texts about problems with my card and couldn’t really resolve them until later.
